US sizes: circumference = 2.55 × size + 36.5 mm. EU/ISO size = inside circumference in mm. UK letters per BS 6820. Brands can differ by about half a size.

Finger strip: cut it out along the outline, wrap it snugly around the base of your finger and read the US size where the 0 line meets the scale.

How to use this chart
Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are largest, and measure the knuckle as well as the base: the ring must pass over the knuckle. Wide bands (8 mm and up) usually need a half size larger. Print the sizer at 100% scale and check the calibration bar first.
