US sizes: circumference = 2.55 × size + 36.5 mm. EU/ISO size = inside circumference in mm, rounded to the nearest half size. UK letters per BS 6820. *Japanese sizes are the commonly used equivalents for whole US sizes; they don't follow a straight formula. Brands can differ by about half a size.

Most men wear US 8 to 12; 10 is the most common. Wide bands (8 mm+) usually need a half size larger.

How to use this chart
To use the printed sizer, print at 100% scale ("Actual size", not "Fit to page") and check the calibration bar with a ruler first. Place a ring that fits over the circles: your size is the circle that matches the inside edge of the ring. Between two sizes? Pick the larger one, especially for wide bands.
